Akash Traders operates as an independent ticketing agency. We facilitate the search, booking, and fulfillment of train tickets for various rail operators predominantly via phone-based assisted booking. We act as a booking platform and not as a transport provider.

3. Booking Process & Payment

• All tickets are subject to availability.
• Fares fluctuate, and the price quoted over the phone is only guaranteed once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation is issued.
• We may charge a nominal booking or service fee in addition to the base ticket cost. This will always be confirmed by our agents before you pay.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the specific fare rules established by the relevant Train Operating Company (TOC). Some promotional or advance fares may be entirely non-refundable. Service and booking fees charged by Akash Traders are generally non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, strikes, or service disruptions caused by the train operators or external factors out of our control. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the tickets purchased through our platform.
